Jennifer Coursey
Owner/Controller
Jennifer is a dedicated and detail-oriented accounting professional with an Associate's degree in Accounting and 22 years hands-on experience in the accounting field. She has the ability to multi-task efficiently and effectively with strong organizational and communication skills. Jennifer has a diverse background in accounting in healthcare, construction, property management and general business with an emphasis on project management, full-charge bookkeeping, payroll, budget preparation, human resources, and many other fundamental accounting processes needed to build lasting business infrastructures.
Jennifer is an avid archer, enjoys medieval historical research, volunteers in a non-profit educational organization, and lives on a majestic mountain in Idaho overlooking the beautiful Clearwater River with her husband and energetic pets.
Kelly Coursey
Owner/Chief Financial Officer
Kelly Coursey is an owner of Clearwater Creek Accounting and serves as the CFO of the company. Kelly served in the US Army until his retirement in 2014. This experience, in addition to his work as a building inspector in Orofino, ID allows him to bring to the CWC team a unique perspective to project management. He supports CWC staff and clients with his many years of leadership experience.
In his spare time Kelly enjoys building, gardening, fishing, hunting, riding his Harley and driving his Jeep. He enjoys spending a great deal of time with his wife and children.
Rachel Kleinpaste
Controller/Bookkeeper
Rachel is an organized and efficient accounting professional with an AA in Accounting and specialization in Human Resources. She has 20 years of hands on accounting and HR experience in the construction, health services and nonprofit fields. Rachel is a strong organizer with a focus on efficiency, accuracy and effective collaboration with owners and staff to reach business goals.
Rachel is a long-time crafter, participates in numerous outdoor activities and enjoys volunteering for several nonprofit organizations. She is very happily a wife, mom, dog parent and is based in the Pacific Northwest of Washington.
Lars Kleinpaste
IT Director/Consultant
Lars serves CWC as the IT Director and consultant for CWC. He has worked in the financial technology field for over twenty years. He is responsible for the security of CWC systems as well as consulting on CWC clients technology needs. With a wide range of technical skills accrued over that time Lars provides the guidance to CWC and clients in need from workstation to Cloud services and security compliance.
In his spare time Lars enjoys the great outdoors, Jeeping, medieval recreation and PC gaming as well as spending time with his family and pets.
Jordan Schmidt
Data Entry/Auditing
Jordyn is the youngest of CWC group and brings to the team fresh energy and perspectives. Her experience includes 5 years of payroll and other back-office bookkeeping processes. She is currently returning to school to continue her education in accounting. Jordyn is skilled in her use of flexibility and efficiency to focus on client needs and enjoys promoting healthy business practices.
When she is not working or attending classes, she can be found spending time with her family, friends and dog. Her hobbies include off-road enthusiasm, camping and traveling. She currently resides in Northern Idaho.
Penny Fleming
Bookkeeper/Data Entry
Penny is a detail oriented professional with a BA in general studies. She has over 20 years of experience in accounting and office management including coordinating payroll, purchasing, inventory, budgeting, and record management. She is efficient and organized in a busy environment and communicates effectively with diverse community populations.
Penny is based in the beautiful Pacific Northwest and is spoiled with camping and lake time. She has diverse interests including pottery and pyrography that she enjoys when she isn’t volunteering with a non-profit educational organization or spending time with her husband, kids, grandchild, and extended family.
Donna Klugh
Bookkeeper/Data Entry
Donna brings to CWC a background in technology, engineering, and mathematics as well as over 13 years of bookkeeping experience. She is a stickler for paying attention to the details and data-entry accuracy. Donna’s bookkeeping experience includes a variety of small businesses and non-profit organizations and well versed in fund-raising bookkeeping, bookkeeping for non-profits while running her own quilting and crafts company.
Donna is a wife, mother, equestrian, lover of the outdoors, software engineer, human to a poodle who thinks she is a human, and two cats. She is originally from New Jersey and has been living in Black Diamond, Washington since ‘99, where she raised two kids with her husband.
